Crystal Road Server – Terms of Service

Welcome to Crystal Road Server. By creating an account, accessing, or using any service provided by Crystal Road, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Crystal Road Server, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and all rules, policies, and guidelines applicable to the server.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the Crystal Road services.

2. Account Responsibility

Each player is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Crystal Road account credentials, including their username and password.

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account. Crystal Road is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from sharing your account information or failing to properly secure your account.

Players are strongly advised not to share their account credentials with anyone.

3. Prohibited Activities

To maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for all Crystal Road players, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using cheats, hacks, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.

  • Modifying, manipulating, or interfering with the Crystal Road client or server.

  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for personal or economic gain.

  • Harassing, threatening, insulting, or intentionally disrupting other players.

  • Buying, selling, exchanging, or transferring Crystal Road accounts.

  • Advertising other servers, websites, services, or products without authorization.

  • Using automated tools or unauthorized software to gain an unfair advantage.

  • Attempting to compromise, attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Crystal Road systems or services.

Crystal Road reserves the right to take appropriate action against any account involved in prohibited activities.

4. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency

All virtual items, currencies, rewards, and digital content available within Crystal Road Server, including Silk, are virtual assets provided for use within the game.

These virtual items do not represent real-world money or monetary ownership and have no cash value outside the Crystal Road environment.

Crystal Road reserves the right to modify, remove, replace, suspend, or otherwise adjust virtual items, rewards, balances, or game systems when necessary, including for game balance, technical, security, or operational reasons.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

Crystal Road reserves the right to temporarily suspend, permanently terminate, restrict, or otherwise take action against any account that violates these Terms of Service or applicable server rules.

Actions may also be taken when necessary to protect the security, stability, fairness, or integrity of the Crystal Road Server.

Depending on the circumstances, violations may result in warnings, temporary restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.

6. Service Disclaimer

Crystal Road Server and all related services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

While we aim to maintain a stable and reliable gaming environment, Crystal Road does not guarantee that the server or any related service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or completely free of errors, bugs, or technical issues.

Maintenance, updates, technical problems, network interruptions, or other circumstances may occasionally affect server availability.

7. Changes to the Terms

Crystal Road reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms of Service at any time.

Any updated version will become effective once published through the official Crystal Road website or other official communication channels.

Your continued use of Crystal Road after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.

8. Payments, Donations, and Virtual Services

Payments made to Crystal Road provide access to virtual items, in-game benefits, or digital services intended for use within the Crystal Road Server.

These items and services are licensed for use within the game and are not considered real-world property or cash-equivalent assets.

By completing a transaction, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the specified amount.

All transactions are subject to the Crystal Road Refund Policy and any applicable payment-provider terms.

Crystal Road reserves the right to review transactions that appear suspicious, fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise irregular. Such activity may result in account restrictions or suspension while the transaction is being investigated.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Players are expected to contact the Crystal Road Support Team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in order to provide an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Submitting a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter through Crystal Road Support may be considered a violation of these Terms.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Crystal Road may:

  • Temporarily suspend or restrict the associated account.

  • Review the account and transaction history.

  • Provide relevant transaction and delivery information to the applicable payment processor.

  • Provide evidence demonstrating the delivery or use of purchased virtual goods or services.

  • Restore account access after the dispute has been resolved or the disputed transaction has been reversed, where applicable.

10. Liability and Warranty

Crystal Road services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Crystal Road does not guarantee that the service will always operate without interruptions, errors, delays, bugs, or technical problems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crystal Road and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the server or its services.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute relating to the use of Crystal Road Server or its services should first be submitted to the Crystal Road Support Team in an attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Where legally applicable, disputes shall be subject to the laws and jurisdiction applicable to the operator of Crystal Road, except where mandatory local laws provide otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
